1. Use of Service

• You must be at least 18 years old to place orders.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering and placing orders.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

   

2. Products

• All food items are prepared and delivered according to standard hygiene practices.
• Images and descriptions of products are for illustrative purposes; actual products may vary, please read through product description to confirm size, quality and brand of what you're ordering.
• Prices, availability, and promotions are subject to change without notice.
• Once an order is confirmed and approved, the price at the time of purchase will remain valid for that specific order, even if prices increase or decrease afterwards.

• Subsequent orders will reflect the updated prices available at the time of purchase.

   

3. Orders and Payments

• Orders can be placed online via our website or app.
• Payment methods include bank transfer, digital wallets.
• To access certain features and services on the Aurelius Ltd platform, users are required to pay a one-time activation fee. This fee supports secure verification, wallet setup, and account processing systems. The applicable fee amount will always be clearly displayed before payment.

• Aurelius Ltd offers two primary payment options:

• Outright Purchase: Customers make a one-time full payment for their selected products.
• Pay Small Small (PSS) Plan: Customers may opt to make payments in structured installments as displayed during checkout. All PSS transactions are subject to approval, verification, and compliance with Aurelius Ltd’s installment payment policies.
• All payments are securely processed through our authorized payment partners, Paystack and Fincra, in compliance with industry standards and applicable regulations, to ensure a smooth and reliable transaction experience.

• You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all orders.

   

4. Delivery

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as Aurelius Ltd works with trusted delivery and logistics partners to fulfill orders.
• Aurelius Ltd offers free delivery on all confirmed orders within our supported locations.
• Customers are required to provide valid utility information (such as electricity or water bills) and a delivery address that matches their verified location.

• You are responsible for ensuring your delivery details are accurate and complete. Aurelius Ltd will not be liable for failed or delayed deliveries resulting from incorrect or mismatched delivery information.

   

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Orders can only be canceled within the permitted review period before processing begins.

For PSS users (Pay Small Small / Installment plan):

• You may cancel your order during the review stage before it moves to “processing” or “packaging.”

• Once your order has been approved and processing begins, cancellation is no longer allowed and no refund will be issued. Please note that the Processing fee is non-refundable.

  For Wallet or Outright Buyers:

• You may cancel your order during the review or packaging stage, provided it has not yet been marked as “in preparing
• Once the order has been approved or entered preparing, and you cancelled orders Refund of the Total Value will be available at your Aurelius Ltd wallet balance, Please note that the processing fee is non-refundable.
• All refunds, where eligible, will be processed according to our Refund Policy and credited to your Aurelius Wallet.

• Custom, bulk, or perishable items are not eligible for refunds once confirmed for dispatch.

   

6. Allergens and Dietary Information

• Since we work and source our products from reputable manufacturing and production companies, we take reasonable steps to ensure that all allergen and dietary information provided is accurate.
• However, we cannot guarantee that products are completely free from allergens, as cross-contamination may occur during production or handling.

• Customers with allergies or dietary restrictions should exercise caution.

   

7. Intellectual Property

• All content on the website, including logos, images, and text, is owned by Aurelius Ltd or its licensors.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent.

   

8. Limitation of Liability

• Our liability for any claim arising from your use of our services or products shall be limited to the total amount paid for the specific order in question.

• Aurelius Ltd shall not, under any circumstances, be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses or damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

• Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abuja, Federal Republic of Nigeria.

• By continuing to access or use our services after such updates, you acknowledge and accept the revised Terms as part of our ongoing commitment to delivering an exceptional and transparent experience.

• Aurelius Ltd values your privacy and handles all customer information with care and confidentiality.
• We collect personal information such as names, addresses, and contact details solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders, improving our services, and communicating with you.
• We do not share or sell your personal data to unauthorized third parties.

• All payments are processed securely through approved gateways, and we take reasonable measures to protect your data from unauthorized access or misuse.

   

12. Account Suspension and Termination

• Aurelius Ltd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account or access to our services if we detect fraudulent activity, misuse, or violation of these Terms.

• Any pending orders may be reviewed, delayed, or canceled at our discretion. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our Refund Policy.

   

13. Third-Party Services and Address Verification

• Our platform may include integrations with trusted third-party services.
• To maintain security and prevent fraud, these third-party partners may conduct address and identity verification using official information such as NIN, BVN, utility bills, or other relevant documents.
• Failure to complete verification may result in inactive or suspension of account.
• By using our platform and completing registration, you explicitly consent to these verifications and wallet-related processes for the sole purpose of ensuring customer authenticity, compliance, and secure transactions.
• Upon registration, each user is assigned a personal virtual wallet in their name to enable seamless transactions and account funding within the platform.
• Aurelius Ltd is not responsible for the policies, privacy practices, or actions of these external service providers.

• By using our platform, you agree to comply with their respective terms and privacy practices.

   

14. Promotions and Loyalty Programs

• Aurelius Ltd may, from time to time, offer promotions, referral bonuses, or loyalty programs.

• All promotional offers are subject to their own terms and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

   

15. Dispute Resolution and Complaints Handling

• In the event of a dispute, customers are encouraged to contact Aurelius Customer Support first for resolution.

• If a resolution cannot be reached within a reasonable timeframe, both parties agree to pursue mediation or arbitration before legal proceedings.

• These Terms of Use represent the entire and final agreement between Aurelius Ltd and the customer, superseding any previous discussions, communications, or understandings.

• Any other written or verbal statements not contained in these Terms shall not be binding on Aurelius Ltd.

• Aurelius Ltd shall not be held responsible for any delay, failure, or interruption in operations caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, wars, system outages, or government restrictions.

• During such events, obligations may be suspended until normal operations resume.
